Worship with us
Hillcrest offers many spiritually rich opportunities to worship God in community with others. A typical schedule Sunday morning offers our children and adults’ 9:30 a.m. education and activity hour (not in summer) and worship 10:30 am. Our summer worship is at 10:00 a.m. We have an informal, blended worship service (musical instruments vary from week to week and may include piano, organ, keyboard, guitars, flutes, bells, drums and others, along with varied vocal music). There are many other opportunities as well—such as Wednesday evening services in the special seasons of Advent and Lent, and Taizé services. Check the Events schedule on our website!
Learn with us
Hillcrest offers many opportunities for education and learning. From our Sunday School programs for children, youth, and adults to Adult Forums and “Conversations”, from special series offered on Wednesday evenings in the seasons of Advent and Lent to small group classes, all are held on our campus and at outside venues. Come around. Stay tuned. There’s lots going on!
Serve with us
Hillcrest offers many opportunities for direct, high-impact service to the community. Our Food Room, Clothing Room, and Layette Program staffed by volunteers are highly respected social service ministries which have been serving our community for more than 40 years. We also have active programs in Healing Touch and Care Ministries. There are ample opportunities to serve.
Grow with us
We commit ourselves both individually and collectively to develop and nurture spiritual growth. We strive to follow the teachings of Jesus Christ, to fulfill God’s vision for humankind and all of creation, and to share this vision with the wider community.
