Sunday Morning Bible and Breakfast - 9:45am-10:20am
Come join us for Bible reading and discussion in the Parlor room of Fellowship Hall from 9:45am-10:20am on the Sundays in March and April. Coffee, breakfast tidbits and the Book of John are on the menu! All that is required is a tolerant mind and open heart to read and discuss the Bible. We will take turns reading passages and discussing their meanings. All are welcome!
4th of July Annual Potluck Party Come join us for an enjoyable afternoon of fun, food and fellowship at the home of Jim and Betty Wyrick. The party will start at 3:00pm, and will consist of potluck items. Feel free to bring your own meat to the barbeque. If you would like to attend, please call the church office at 925-689-8260.
Hillcrest Summer Concert Please join us for a Hillcrest Summer Concert at Hillcrest Congregational Church on Saturday, July 11, 2009 at 7:30pm. The concert will feature a program of selections from light opera and Broadway musicals that include Candide, West Side Story, Guys & Dolls, Light in the Piazza, The Marvelous Wonderettes, Die Fledermaus, Porgy & Bess, and so many others. A free will offering is welcome.

Connecting to the Divine
Please join us for an evening of discussion, prayer and fellowship as we explore our relationship with God who exists amongst and within us, and offer support to one another. These monthly meetings are open to all women and are held at Martha Engelbert's house. Our next meeting date is to be announced. Hillcrest Book Club News Our book club meets monthly every 2nd Sunday at church in Room 9 at 11:45 am after the 10:30 worship service. Our selection for May is No Crystal Stair by Eva Rutland. Feel free to join us at our next meeting!
